I was quite skeptical that my Cuisinart food processor could be repaired after speaking with the manufacturer and learning they no longer had local repair centers. I found Scott by searching small appliance repair near me and he seemed willing to take a look at it. He contacted me within a couple of days and had found parts and was confident he could fix it so I went ahead with the repair. He had it done in another few days for less than half the cost of a new one. It works like new again an I am thrilled with the entire experience. I am amazed it was that simple and cost effective. He’ll be my first call for anything else I need “Fixt”!
